EVA’S COOKIES
baking people happy since 2019
a passion for cookies to be shared with the world
Eva always loved to bake. She made chocolate chip cookies every week when she was little. In middle school, she frequently brought her homemade cookie cake to class to share with friends. Eva loved baking so much that she founded Eva’s Cookies in August of 2019 at age 13.
In the winter of 2020, right before the pandemic, Eva briefly sold her cookies at her high school’s bookstore. Shortly after she started selling there, lockdown started. COVID protocols kept everyone at home for months. Eva kept the flame of Eva’s Cookies alive by starting an initiative called Cookies for COVID, where she used profits from her cookie sales to provide meals from local catering companies along with her baked goods to hospital workers.
In September of 2021, Eva started selling her cookies at her high school’s bookstore again and continued through her graduation. She was featured on the school’s Instagram page. After she graduated, she hired a team of younger students at her high school to continue her legacy. Eva currently manages Eva’s Cookies remotely in Ithaca, NY, where she is studying Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
